Warranty and service

Warranty Terms:

  1. The warranty for the product is provided for the period specified in the sales receipt.

  2. A product of proper quality may be exchanged for a similar one or refunded within 14 days if it does not suit you for any reason.

  3. The product is removed from warranty coverage and free repair is not provided in the following cases:

    3.1. Mechanical damage (chips, cracks, deep scratches), presence of foreign objects or substances, or improper use of the device (product);

    3.2. Damage to one or more warranty seals;

    3.3. Removal of barcode stickers, serial numbers, manufacturer service codes, or internal company accounting codes from the product;

    3.4. After any modifications to the product design;

    3.5. In the absence of a sales receipt (however, even if the receipt is lost, the product is considered under warranty if its serial number is present in our company database);

    3.6. Damage caused by non-compliance of power supply parameters, telecommunication or cable networks with state standards, as well as other external factors (climatic or otherwise);

    3.7. If inspection determines that the malfunction resulted from improper connection while the product is operational, or if no fault is found and the issue is due to improper use,

    the warranty service department reserves the right to require the customer to pay for testing and configuration services;

    3.8. Defects caused by force majeure, accidents, fire, lightning, high (low) temperatures, intentional or negligent actions of the consumer or third parties;

    3.9. The product was connected to faulty equipment or connected without switching off the power supply.

  4. Elimination of defects caused by improper use shall be carried out at the buyer’s expense.

  5. The company is not responsible for software compatibility, system configuration, or driver installation.

  6. The warranty does not apply to:

    6.1. Laptop rechargeable batteries (RB) / device batteries (warranty period — 1 month from the date of receipt);

    6.2. Consumables (thermal paste, wipes, sprays, batteries (including laptop batteries and BIOS batteries));

    6.3. Damage caused to other equipment operating together with this product.

  7. Product returns are possible only at the store where the purchase was made.

  8. When returning or exchanging a product within the 14-day period, payments for services performed (related to the product) are non-refundable.
